Merkaba Meditation – Sing Medicine – Woman with the Moon
Her personal journey has been an oscillating path between Art and Spirituality. In fact, in 1998 she began an artistic career dedicating herself to numerous disciplines of the theater-circus, taking part in various artistic projects (Crop Circus, Circo Paniko). Also in ’98, in various countries of South America, she approached shamanism as a way of healing. From then until today she continuously pursues her path of development of being. She is a tireless and deeply passionate researcher of the human powers of the human being and of the altered Conscious States. She attends Metamundo by Cristoba Jodorowsky and the school of Deep Democracy-ProcessWork. For many years, she has been focusing on Circles of Masters and Shamans of different Nationalities and Traditions.
Merkaba Meditation: Merkaba meditation is a complex energetic technique used since ancient times; this complex form of meditation is directly The ancient Kabbalistic wisdom, in the Sefer Hayetzirah, holds that every part of the human body has an astral correspondent in the universe. The term “merkaba” means a field of counter-rotation of light that includes the body and the spirit, reifying itself as a space-time vehicle.linked to Kabbalistic meditation, especially the Sefer Hayetzirah, the book of creation. The merkaba is also the image through which everything is created, according to geometric patterns that surround every body. Each of us, according to this philosophy, has three bodies: physical, mental and emotional. Each of these is characterized by the tetrahedron shape and a peculiar energetic movement. From the counter-rotation of these energy fields, the merkaba originates, a vehicle capable of transporting the body and the spirit in space and between different dimensions.
Interested in anything that opens up to our subtile source, she is driven by nature to follow the possible paths that lead from the phenomenal world to the dissolution of the matter ; from the sound to the silence that takes place before the vibration itself; from the manifold to the metaphysical zero. Along this subtraction process, she meets the Yoga science , studying at Integral Yoga School of Napoli – Shri Vaishnava Ashram, following the lead of Ramanuja acharya das together with its “science sister”: Ayurveda, achieving the degree as Olistic Practicioner thanks to Antonio Genova, direct student of Swami Joythimayananda.
Yoga and Ayurveda teach her how to understand the language of nature and how to connect with it, revealing the interdependence of the dimensions of being, focusing on the dynamic harmony aimed to the self-realisation.
Among the paradox of experiencing a non-dual dimension in a dual dimension, Love arises as the sum of all the forces in the cosmos. The non-verbal way to communicate through a massage creates a field where we can recognise and investigate on ourselves through others and where Love takes place as a real way of knowledge and healing.
Abyangam: The Ayurvedic massage (Abyangam) is a treatment that aims to restore and maintain a harmonic health status of the human being meant as inseparable from body, mind and spirit. Every treatment leads to an ideal balance between the subtle energies that regulate and sustain everyone’s life, symbolically associated to the natural elements (ether, air, fire, water, earth), which dance relentlessly in every macrocosm and microcosm. The five elements, once aggregated to build the living beings, combine each other to create three basic energies, the Doshas (Vata, Pita, Kapa). The purpose of the Abyangam is to harmonize the Doshas, eliminate the Aamas (the physical and mental toxins), create a positive emotional stream and elevate the vital energy. The Abyangam takes account of the uniqueness of every human being , even though everything comes from the same source. Therefore it doesn’t provide a standard sequence, but operates different manual skills along with the use of some herbal oils (Tailam) which penetrate into tissues throught the skin, allowing toxins to be released from the body.
JULIO ANDRES ANDRADE
Inipi Temazcal: A temazcal is a type of sweat lodge which originated with pre-hispanic Indigenous peoples in Mesoamerica.
The word temazcal comes from the Nahut word temāzcalli, “house of heat”. In ancient Mesoamerica it was used as part of a curative ceremony thought to purify the body after exertion such as after a battle or a ceremonial ball game. It was also used for healing the sick, improving health, and for women to give birth. It continues to be used today in Indigenous cultures of Mexico and Central America that were part of the ancient Mesoamerican region for spiritual and health reasons. It is currently being recovered by all sectors of society in Mexico and Central America and is used as a cleansing of mind, body and spirit. To produce the heat, volcanic stones are heated. Volcanic stones are safe because they do not explode from the temperature. They are then placed in a pit located in the center or near a wall of the temazcal.
